By accessing and using the Matador talent onboarding platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Matador provides a platform that connects talent with agents and organisations who book talent. Our service includes profile creation, talent matching, communication tools, and related features designed to facilitate professional connections and opportunities.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Types

• Talent Accounts: For professionals seeking opportunities
• Agent Accounts: For talent representatives and agencies

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Matador and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Plans

Matador offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Current plans include Lite and Premium tiers, billed monthly. Prices are shown in GBP (£). Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the current subscription price at each renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that date.

Immediate Access and Cancellation Rights

When you subscribe, you may request immediate access to premium features. If you do so and begin using the service, this may affect your right to cancel within the standard cancellation period. We will ask for your explicit consent before providing immediate access.

Your Statutory Rights

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Matador, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Matador operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
