Digital Services and Cancellation

When you subscribe to Matador, you may request immediate access to premium features. If you do so and begin using the service, this may affect your right to cancel within the standard cancellation period for online purchases.

We will ask for your explicit consent before providing immediate access, so you can make an informed choice.

When We May Issue Refunds

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing access to paid features for an extended period
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges
  • Subscription was purchased but premium features were never accessed

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@matadortalent.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your account email and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

Your Statutory Rights
